The polished shiny sterling bar has a heart cut out with a faceted lapis gemstone dangle and is attached to the chain with lapis gems on each side. The bar is 1″ across and the sterling chain is diamond cut rolo style. This finishes with a 7mm spring ring clasp. Lapis is a powerful gemstone used in Egyptian times and was often the main gemstone on thrones and in headdresses.
